Refund & Returns Policy

Services

All beauty services are non-refundable once completed. We stand behind the quality of our work and encourage clients to communicate concerns immediately.

Service Corrections: If you experience an issue with your service (lifting, premature wear, dissatisfaction with results), please contact us within 72 hours. We will assess the situation and offer:

  • A complimentary correction or adjustment if the issue is service-related
  • Guidance on proper aftercare if the issue stems from maintenance
  • A consultation to discuss alternative approaches for future visits

Issues caused by improper aftercare, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after the expected wear period are not eligible for corrections.

Deposits

Deposits required for certain services (lash extensions, extended appointments) are non-refundable. Deposits go toward your total service cost when you attend your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Retail Products

Retail products (nail care items, skincare products, etc.) purchased at our studio may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

Exclusions: Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Final sale items and special orders are not eligible for return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and subject to the following policies:

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without valid proof of purchase
  • Gift cards can be used toward any service or retail product
  • Gift card balances can be checked by contacting us
  • Remaining balance after use stays on the card for future visits

Cancellations

For information about appointment cancellations and associated fees, please see our Studio Policies page. Cancellations made with appropriate notice (24 hours) will not incur fees.

Processing Refunds

When applicable, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us to discuss. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee exceptions to these policies.
