By booking an appointment or using the services of Aesthetic Nails and Beauty LLC ("we," "our," or "Studio"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

We provide professional nail care, lash extensions, brow services, waxing, and skincare treatments. All services are performed by trained professionals. Service descriptions, durations, and prices are subject to change and should be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via text. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
• Deposits may be required for certain services and are non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change; confirm pricing when booking
• Gratuity is optional and appreciated

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for deposits on future bookings or refusal of service. See our full policies page for details.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for their appointment
• Provide accurate health and contact information
• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by the technician
• Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave if conduct is inappropriate, threatening, or disruptive.

6. Health and Safety

You agree to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or other information that may affect your service. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it may pose a health risk. Services are provided at your own risk, and you acknowledge that results may vary. If you have a contagious condition, please reschedule for everyone's safety.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Aesthetic Nails and Beauty LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. We may use photos of our work for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Service Results and Guarantees

While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary based on factors like natural nail/lash condition, aftercare, and lifestyle. We offer reasonable corrections for service-related issues if reported within 72 hours. Issues caused by improper aftercare or normal wear are not covered.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used during services
• We are not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
• We are not liable for personal property loss, theft, or damage on our premises

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Nails and Beauty LLC's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesthetic Nails and Beauty LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
